HEADLIGHT SUPPORT FOR YAMAHA TENERE 700

When you drop your bike, under certain circumstances, the stock head clamp of the bike can bend, resulting in your headlight pointing sideways. The Aurora state-of-the-art CNC machined headclamp will replace the standard steel head clamp of the bike, preventing such cases, increasing the stability of the system.

The plastic parts of the bike are very flexible, and they will not be affected by the new part.

The CNC part was designed with advanced CAD systems, using all the data that we gather from travelers, racers, and everyday riders, allowing us to simulate multiple events in our computer, understanding the fatigue limit of each part. As always, it is tricky to design Aluminium for infinite life, simply because the material itself, does have a finite life.

We even went a step further and using our latest accelerometer with our newly developed analysis software (ADAM™), we were able to analyze millions of data to understand the frequency at which the bike vibrates during different scenarios. On top of this, it was possible to understand the exact period that maximum acceleration happens. Since 2016, no CNC Aurora parts have failed, whatever the owners have thrown at them. We intent to keep it this way, and this is the reason that this part comes with a lifetime warranty!
